Step1:Butter softens at room temperature. Don't be too soft. Pour the icing sugar on the butter. Use the electric eggbeater to stir the icing sugar and butter before beating to avoid the icing sugar flying.
Step2:The whipped cream should be slightly heated by hot water. Do not use the whipped cream just taken out of the refrigerator. In order to avoid the phenomenon of water oil separation caused by too much butter temperature difference.
Step3:Whipped cream is added to the butter in several steps. Beat well each time and add the next time. The butter is white and plumage like.
Step4:Sift the low flour into the butter. Stir well with a scraper.
