Step1:Dry salmon with kitchen paper towel. Sprinkle some freshly ground sea salt, black pepper and lime juice. Marinate for 30 minute
Step2:No oil in the non stick pot. Add salmon directly. Fry each side for about 40 second
Step3:Sauce making - mints and sprinkles with sea salt and black pepper. Drizzle with lime juice, mustard and honey. Pour the sauce on the salmon just out of the pot.
