Cooking Steps

   Step1:Fresh Chinese toon buds washed and choppe

   Step2:Pour the plums into a bowl and beat in the egg

   Step3:Add 1 tablespoon salt and stir wel

   Step4:Pour a small amount of peanut oil into the pan. Heat the oil and pour in the egg liquid

5. 

   Step5:Once cooked, turn over and fry. When fully cooked, serve.
