Step5:Pour the oil in the pan. A little more oil. Just a little more than usual. And not too much.
Step6:An important step - when the oil temperature is 6.7% hot, add the seasoning just prepared. First of all, lay the seasoning. Fry for a while. When the fragrance comes out, lay the onion, ginger and garlic. Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic for a few seconds. Add the soy sauce. The amount of soy sauce is based on the quantity of your chicken head and your own taste. The soy sauce comes directly to you. It's about half a bowl. Stir fry in soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of chicken essence and 2 tablespoons of salt (increase or decrease according to your taste) to white water.
Step7:The quantity of white water also depends on the quantity of chicken heads and the quantity of soup. The quantity of sauce is a little more than one and a half bowls. The bowls are ordinary household bowls that are usually used for eating, not too large. After entering the water, cover it and open it with water. The fire can be turned off after the water is boiled.
Step8:Put the chicken head into the small pot of the electric pressure cooker. Pour in the soup just made. Turn it over with a spatula. Mix the chicken head and soy sauce and stick the soy sauce on it. No matter how much the chicken head is, the amount of the soup should be just over the chicken head.
Step9:Because the sauce uses an electric pressure cooker, the stew function is directly selected. About 50 minutes. The chicken head is out of the pot. The same is true for children's shoes with ordinary pressure cooker. The time from the beginning of ordinary pressure cooker is about 1520 minutes.
