For the first time, I tried to marinate salmon with lemon and bake / fry it. This method is called yuanstyle in Japanese cuisine. The fragrance of lemon is faintly matched with the taste of salmon. It eliminates the fishy smell of salmon and transforms the little greasy feeling into smooth taste.
Step1:Stewed rice - mix the three kinds of rice evenly, add water, stew them well, and then mix the rice loose while it's hot (as long as it's Stewed rice, the cooked rice should be mixed loose while it's hot, and it can't be left in the electric rice pot like that), and then put out the amount to be used for coolin
Step2:Marinated fish - cut salmon into pieces and marinate with lemon sauce for at least 20 minutes.
Step3:Fry fish - add a little oil to the pan and fry the fish in a small heat. Add the sauce and lemon of the marinated fish and fry until it is well done.
Step4:Prepare side dishes - wash and drain the bean sprouts for use. Fry the pepper in hot oil in the pot. Stir fry the chopped green onion and shrimp skin. Stir fry the bean sprouts. Season with a little salt and soy sauce. I forgot to take photo
Step5:Assemble - spread the rice on the bottom of the lunch box. Put the vegetables and fish into the lunch box respectively. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for embellishmen
Cooking tips:The lunch box I use is a 500ml lunch box that can be heated in the microwave oven. The amount of materials in the recipe can be used to make a full lunch box or two lunch boxes that are about 80% full. In either case, there will be a surplus of rice. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
