Step2:Because there is less water. When the beans are cooked, the water should be just right. If you feel there is more water, you need to pour out part of it. The cooked red beans can be put into the cooking machine to break. They can also be crushed by hand. The person is half of it.
Step3:Stir fry. Use medium heat. Put lard in the pot. Add in the crystal sugar after boiling. Put in the brown sugar after the crystal sugar blooms. Add in the bean paste and stir slowly after exceeding the sugar color. Stir until the bean paste starts to layer, change the heat and stir for a while. It's OK to turn the sand.
