Step2:Cut pork slices. Mix 25g of BBQ flour with 1.5 spoon of cold boiled water.
Step3:Mix the cut streaky pork with the mixed BBQ powder. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Mix several times in the middle.
Step4:Spread the cured pork on aluminum foil paper. Wrap the meat and put it in the oven.
Step5:The oven is set at 200 ℃ for 30 minutes, because I use streaky pork and cut it thickly. If it's plum meat, it's OK to bake for 20 minutes.
