Step1:Wash and drain the bean sprout
Step2:Smash the garlic one by one. Leave the garlic sprouts with leaves. Two green peppers. Cut them for use
Step3:Fry the minced meat first with oil
Step4:Stir fry garlic and green pepper
Step5:Stir fry the bean sprouts twice. Then add the garlic sprouts
Step6:Finally put the fried minced meat. Add salt, soy sauce and chicken essence. Stir fry until it tastes good.
Step7:Take it out of the pan. Eat it.
