Step1:Peel and wash the cabbage. Put it in the basket and dry it at the vent. I've been airing all day and all night. Meanwhile, prepare a pickle bottle to wash and dry.
Step2:This is the chopped pepper I bought. This kind of salt is more suitable for making pickles. And it's not very spicy.

Step7:That's what it looks like in a day. A big bottle of pickles is only half of it. There's a lot of chopped pepper juice under the bottle. So I turned the bottle upside down. Make sure that the top one can also be soaked.
Step8:It's hot, so you can eat it after three days. Because I don't like too sour, so three days. If you like acid, you can soak it for 5 or 7 days. According to your taste. The longer you soak, the redder the color will be. When eating, fold the pickles neatly and cut them into sections with scissors to pack the dishes.
Cooking tips:It's hot and sour. It's delicious. It's OK to have porridge or barbecue or stir fry or cold mix. Because this kind of chopped pepper I bought has more salt, so I don't need to put salt. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
