Step1:1. Cut potatoes, sharp peppers and red peppers into three sections: dry peppers; 2. Soak potatoes in water to remove starch; 3. Pour 23 tablespoons of oil into the pot, wait for the oil to heat; stir fry the dried peppers; 4. Stir in the sharp peppers and red peppers for 1 minute, remove potatoes from the water and stir them together in the pot. Stir for about 23 minutes, add 1 tablespoon and a half of vinegar, salt and monosodium glutamate. Then stir for about 35 minutes. Remember not to stop stir frying to avoid sticking to the pot; 5. Cover Pot for 12 minutes; 6. Cover the pot and turn off the heat. Put out the pot.
Cooking tips:After slicing potatoes, make sure to soak the starch in the water. Change the water for several times. The shredded potatoes are very crispy and delicious.
