Potatoes are my favorite. Yesterday Sunday afternoon I did nothing to make this mashed potato. Two children came home and shouted delicious. Actually, it's really delicious. Onions and black pepper are a perfect match for potatoes. These three things go together. Then fry the pastry in oil. It's delicious to the extreme.
Step1:Peel potatoes. Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes. Steam.
Step2:Take it out and grind it into mud with a spoon.
Step3:Chopped onion
Step4:In mashed potatoes.
Step5:Add a little salt.
Step6:Mix well.
Step7:When the mashed potatoes are cool, they form a ball the size of a table tennis ball.
Step8:Brush the oil on the nonstick pan and put it on the induction cooker to reduce the heat.
Step9:Put on the ball of mashed potatoes. Use a wooden spatula to flatten slightly. It's about 1cm thick.
Step10:Fry until both sides are slightly scorched.
Step11:Add black pepper and fry for 2 minutes
Cooking tips:The mashed potato balls should be a little tight. They won't spread if they are pressed. The same operation as a flat spoon. It is better to use a non stick pot. The oil quantity is small. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
