Step11:Then start steaming in cold water. Turn off the fire for about 20 minutes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Come out of the oven.

Cooking tips:1. The dough must be fully kneaded. Exhaust the gas in the dough. The steamed bread will be smooth and delicate. 2. The steamed bread should not be taken out in a hurry. Let it be stewed in the steamer for five minutes and then taken out. The steamed bread will not shrink and cause uneven surface to affect the shape. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
