I always wanted to make this cake. Because of summer, I wanted to make a cake with the feeling of snow. But I thought the all white cake was a bit monotonous. So I made the bottom with cocoa butter. The milk mousse was sprinkled with coconut like snow. I think it's pretty good. This cake is a perfect combination of cocoa and milk. So I call it black and white forest.
