This cake was made by my own whim. Because there are many mung beans and ready-made bean paste at home. I don't know what to make. So I made mung bean cake. It's a favorite cake for the whole family.
Step1:Soak mung bean overnight. Rub off the mung bean skin the next day. This is the skin after rubbing.

Step3:Crushed mungbean. It's almost half finished. It can be filled with bean paste.
Step4:The bean paste stuffing I prepared. It's like a dumpling. Then put the wrapped round mung bean cake into the mold and Emboss it, just like the mung bean cake sold outside.
Step5:It's packed. Then put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and it's ready to start eating. Taste the mungbean cake you made.
