Cantonese like to drink soup all the year round, but many ingredients are hard to find. Step1:Ingredients - cut pork ribs, scallops and zucchini.
Step2:Clean the Yao Zhu. Put it in a bowl and add some warm boiled water to soak it soft. Tear it apart. Don't pour out the water soaked in the Yao Zhu. Add it to the soup pot and cook the soup together.
Step3:Peel and wash the zucchini and cut into large pieces.
Step4:Pour 8 bowls of water into the pot. Wash the pork ribs and put them into the pot. Add the Yao Zhu and the water soaked in the Yao Zhu. Pour in the cut zucchini.
Step5:Cover the pan and turn it into a medium heat pot for about 2 hours after boiling
Step6:Mix in salt and chicken powder and mix well before drinking.
Cooking tips:If the spareribs you buy are chilled, it is recommended to blanch them with boiling water and then boil the soup. I bought fresh pork ribs without any smell. So I washed them and put them down to make soup. Try to cut large pieces of Zucchini as much as possible. After the soup is cooked, you can still eat the whole piece of zucchini. Yao Zhu is dry goods to be soaked in advance for a while. No dried scallops with oysters or vegetables (also a kind of dried seafood) instead of taste good.
