Step1:Blanch bean sprouts. Cook until nine ripe.
Step2:Hot water foaming powder to slightly white fat without hard core.
Step3:Vermicelli, sweet potato powder of my choice.
Step4:Use scalpels instead of scalpels.
Step5:Sliced pork. Marinate with a little raw sauce.
Step6:Heat the oil in a hot pot and put in the meat slices. Stir fry until the meat is rolled, then stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step7:Stir fry the bean sprouts for a few times. Transfer in the sweet sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, five flavor powder, soy sauce and salt.
Step8:The bean sprouts are ripe. Stir evenly and then put in the foam.
Step9:Stir fry continuously after adding the vermicelli. Avoid putting the pan in. When the vermicelli is transparent, add a few drops of sesame oil and stir fry for several times to get out of the pan.
Step10:It's better if the oil is a little bigger. A typical rice killer.
