In summer, leek moss has been on the market in large quantities. Chinese chive moss is the tender stem of Chinese chive when it blooms. It is rich in vitamin A. Step1:If you want to saute tender shredded meat, please follow the steps in this recipe. Cut pork tenderloin into thin shreds along the texture. Mix in a little salt, rice wine and soy sauce. Mix well with your hands. Marinate for more than 10 minutes to make it taste good.

Step8:Stir fried shredded meat in warm oil.
Step9:Wash the wok, heat the oil in the wok, put in the leek moss and stir fry it for more than one minute until it is cut off (the leek moss has a high moisture content. Stir fry in the fire to prevent excessive water, and the fried leek moss is crisp). Add a little salt, pour in the fried shredded meat, stir evenly, turn off the fire, and turn off the range hood after three minutes.
Step10:Finished product. The meat is tender and smooth. The leek moss is clear, sweet and crisp. The fragrance is pleasant.
