Step1:Peel lettuce, wash and shred. Chop the garlic. Cut the small red pepper into circles.
Step2:Add some salt, mix well and marinate. Drain.
Step3:Mix the salt, chicken essence and sesame oil into the shredded bamboo shoots. Add garlic and chilli circles.
Step4:Wok hot oil. Put in pepper and scallion, stir fry until fragrant, then fish out pepper and scallion.
Step5:Pour the hot oil on the garlic and pepper.
