Step1:Wash cauliflower and tomato and cut them into pieces; cut garlic and scallion.
Step2:Heat up the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the garlic and then add the cauliflower.
Step3:Stir fry the cauliflower a little, then pour in the tomato and stir fry the juice. Cover the cauliflower and simmer it over medium heat. (if some tomatoes are juicy, you don't need to add water. If the tomato juice is less, you can add a little water properly and then simmer.)
Step4:After the cauliflower is braised soft, add salt, heat for a little juice, and sprinkle with scallion.
Cooking tips:Searched the recipe on the net. Everybody makes tomato cauliflower to have each tedious. Some need to blanch the cauliflower first, some need to peel the tomato, some need to add sugar, some need to add wine. I will simplify those steps, reduce the procedures, and use only onion, garlic and salt for seasoning. It's simple and healthy, but the taste is not bad at all. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
