I bought some spicy seaweed in the total solar eclipse. I finished the Porphyra rice. There was a little scattered seaweed left. I thought there was some meat floss. So I made the biscuit ~ ~ ha ha, I like it very much. ~
Step1:Cut butter into small pieces. Soften at room temperature.
Step2:The moss is cut to pieces. This is the recommended seaweed imported from South Korea. It's more delicious when it's slightly spicy.
Step3:Mix the seaweed with the meat floss and baking powder into the low gluten flour. Mix well and set asid
Step4:Add sugar and salt to the softened butter. Beat with the beater until the volume is slightly expanded and the color is white.
Step5:Add the egg mixture three times. Stir well. Stir until the eggs and butter are well blended each time before adding the next time.
Step6:Pour in the flour mixture prepared in step 5.
Step7:Make a smooth dough. Roll it out into a rectangle. Cut into strips with a knife.
Step8:Put the cut strips into the baking tray. 170 degrees. Bake the upper and middle layers for about 15 minutes.
