Step6:Put the minced ginger and onion into the minced meat respectively. Stir in one direction and mix well.
Step7:When the dough is twice its original volume, it will be fermented.
Step8:Take out the dough and knead until the surface is smooth.
Step9:Divide the dough into small dough of about 50g.
Step10:Roll the dough into a pancake.
Step11:Put the filling in the middle of the pastry. Then wrap it into a bun. Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pan. Then put the bun in the pan.
Step12:Pour about 50 ml of water into the pot. Then cover the pot. Fry over low heat for about 12 minutes.
Step13:Sprinkle proper amount of black sesame seeds when you leave the pot.
