Step1:Tear the cabbage into small pieces and marinate for half an hour, then control the water content. Add chopped pepper, sugar (more) and white vinegar to cover the cabbage. Mix gently and put into a glass sealed container. Refrigerate for one day.
Step2:Dice the radish. The same way as cabbage. It's sour, sweet and spicy, crisp and refreshing. It's appetizing.
