I have octopus balls. I have squid balls. In fact, it's just a colorful mashed potato salad bowl. It's upgraded. Ha ha. It's not fried. It's full of ingredients. It's nutritious. It's healthier.
Step1:First marinate the squid. The processed squid bought in the supermarket is boiled and cooked in boiling water, and then the water is controlled for standby.
Step2:Making of squid marinade. Minced garlic. Add Korean hot sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence and stir evenly (you can adjust it according to your taste). Then pour into the squid and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. (SQUID is not easy to taste. When seasoning, the marinade can taste heavier. It's best to marinate it for more than one night. I'll eat it the next morning after I marinate it the first afternoon.
Step3:Making mashed potatoes. Steam the potato slices through the pan. I steamed them for about 25 minutes. You don't need to shave. It will be easy to peel off after steamin
Step4:Steam the potatoes and peel them. Add salt, white pepper and a little milk and mash them. Don't add too much milk.
Step5:Dice or chop onions, cucumbers, carrots and purple cabbage. Prepare sweet corn. Put olive oil in the pot. Stir fry diced carrots and onion. The reason to stir fry here is that onions will burst out when stir fried with olive oil, while carotene is fat soluble. Stir fried nutrients will be easily absorbed.
Step6:Mix the diced carrots and chopped onions with mashed potatoes.
Step7:Put lettuce in the bowl. Put mashed potatoes. Then nest the pickled squid in the middle. Then mix the diced cucumbers, purple cabbage and sweet corn into the remaining mashed potatoes. Cover the squid with mashed potatoes.
Step8:Finally, use a spoon to finish the shape of mashed potato salad. Make it into a ball shape. In the middle, use chopsticks to insert a hole. Put in the pickled squid, and then pour some of the pickled squid ingredients to enjoy
