Step2:Break off all the crabs' legs and chop two crabs at a tim
Step3:Put white rice and porridge in the pot. When the porridge is almost cooked, put the crabs in the pot. Then cook for three or four minutes. Put the ginger in the pot. Cook together.
Step4:When the crab is almost cooked, pour salt, pepper and a little raw soy sauce into the pot. (don't smoke too much for coloring.)
Step5:Boil it for another minute or so. Put a piece of coriander leaf for decoration.
Cooking tips:It's just for coloring, don't pour too much. If you don't like ginger, you can cut it into pieces, cook it and then fish it out. Pepper is white pepper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
