Water bamboo is a unique aquatic vegetable in China. In the world, only China and Vietnam cultivate water bamboo as vegetables. Zizania latifolia is a kind of common aquatic vegetable. It is the spindle shaped fertilizer formed by the stimulation of the young stem of the gramineous plant Zizania latifolia by the black powder fungus of Zizania latifolia. Therefore, if there are black spots like soil on the cut surface after cutting, it is completely normal. It means that they are completely mature and can be eaten at ease.
Step1:Preparation - sliced water bamboo, sliced small green vegetables, sliced scallion, sliced pork. We eat less meat. So we put less meat. According to personal preference. Heat the oil in the pot.
