Step1:Diced white gour
Step2:The scallops are soft with water bubbles. They are torn into small pieces. The garlic petals are flattened and peeled.
Step3:Hot oil in a pot. Stir fried garlic slices.
Step4:After a little brown, add in the wax gourd and stir fry for a while. Then add in the soy sauce, crab sauce, sugar and salt to taste. Cover and stew.
Step5:The wax gourd can be cooked when it's soft. It's better to add some green onion. But I forgot to buy it
Cooking tips:If you don't have crab sauce, you can do it without cooking.
