There are two methods I like best for Longli fish - making soup and pan fried. It's simple and delicious ~
Step1:The first way to eat - Longli fish soup. Slice the Longli fish and mix with onion, ginger, pepper and salt. Marinate for half an hour. Add water, scallion and ginger to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn to the minimum heat. Slowly put the Longley into the pot one by one. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat in about 1-2 minutes. Don't cut the fillets very thick. It's not easy to boil them. If the fillets turn into milk white, they will be cooked.
Step2:The second way to eat it - fried Longley. Cut the dragonfish into small pieces. Mix with onion, ginger, pepper and salt. Marinate for half an hour. Heat up a non stick pot and turn to a low heat. Fry the Longli fish until golden on both sides.
Cooking tips:Longliyu soup is very fresh. You don't need to add too much seasoning. It's just in line with the original intention of weight loss. If you're afraid of not eating enough, you can add konjac into the soup as the main food to make delicious dishes.
