Step1:Knead. Ferment 2 to 2.5 times.
Step2:Take out the exhaust.
Step3:Divide into 12 equal parts. Each part is about 60g. Knead round and cover with plastic film to relax for 10 minutes.
Step4:Take a small portion and roll it into tongue shape. . fold both sides in half. . roll up from top to bottom. . finish in turn. Put the joints in the baking tray in order and leave a gap between them.
Step5:Cover with plastic wrap and wait for the second fermentation. About 30 minute
Step6:Bake in the middle of the oven for about 18 minutes.
Step7:Brush a layer of corn oil on the surface as soon as it's out of the oven.
