Step1:Take 150 grams of dried soybeans. Soak them in clear water. Soak them before going to bed the night before. Use them when you get up the next day. The blender can be grinded twice more. Filter with filter cloth after grinding. It can be squeezed hard by hand. It can squeeze out about 1000ml.
Step2:Take 3G lactone, melt it with 150g water, and put it in a magnifying bowl for standby. Boil the soymilk (it's easy to paste the pot in the electromagnetic furnace. It's not recommended to use). Boil for 35 minutes. Enough time. Otherwise, it's fishy and not easy to solidify.
Step3:Turn off the heat and cool the newly boiled soymilk for two minutes, then pour it into the lactone bowl. Pour it into the bowl from the high point. Fully fuse lactone. Add lid. Don't move. Don't stir. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Step4:Start making brine. Cut agaric into small sections. Cut onion and coriander into small sections for standby. Starch is in short supply. Slice the garlic and leave it in the frying pan. Soy sauce uses a little salt of pepper powder and seasoning sauce. Open fire and pour in oil. Stir fry garlic. Pour in agaric and stir fry. Pour in seasoning juice. Pour in two bowls of clear water. Put in some laver. After boiling, pour in starch and lack of juice.
Step5:Scoop out the bean curd brain. Pour in the brine. Put in the onion and cauliflower. Have some chili sauce. Seasoning and marinade to see personal taste. It's just as good to pour the sauce directly.
