Step12:When it's out of the oven, it will fall freely from a high place. Shake out the bottom hot air. Then buckle the baking net upside down until it's cool. Don't worry about demoulding. It will collapse.
Step13:After cooling thoroughly, press around with your hands to separate the cake from the mold.
