Step1:Peel and cut eggplant and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step2:Cut the green peppers and tomatoes into pieces. Cut the garlic into pieces and set aside.
Step3:In an empty bowl, add in the soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, starch and cold boiled water and mix well.
