Step1:Loofah peeled and cut into hob pieces. Shrimps peeled and cut into thin slices and shredded ginge
Step2:Rinse the peeled shrimps with water. Control the dry water. Add cooking wine, pepper, salt and ginger shreds according to the amount of shrimps. Marinate for about 10 minutes. Then pick out the ginger shreds. Control the sauce for standby
Step3:Put a little oil in the pot. Put in ginger to burst out the fragrance, then pour in Luffa, stir fry until it is seven mature. Put in shrimp. Continue to stir fry until the shrimp is curled up
