What my mother taught me to cook
Step1:Drain ribs in cold wate
Step2:The excess water is reserved for stock soup
Step3:Heat up the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the sugar over low heat
Step4:Stir fry until foamy
Step5:Stir fry the ribs over low heat
Step6:Stir fry repeatedly until the sugar color is added to the star anise and cinnamon. Stir fry for a while and then add the dried pepper
Step7:Add the sauteed soup in batches. Simmer
Step8:Cook the potatoes in another pot until they are five ripe
Step9:Add the stock again. Put in the potatoes and simmer
Step10:Repeat the steps of slow stewing of high soup (that is, add slow stew to high soup three to four times). Put salt before the last time of stewing. Take the juice out of the pot again
