Step1:Wash and blanch spareribs (put in two pieces of ginger to remove fishiness). Drain and set aside.
Step2:80% hot oil in a hot pot (more oil than usual). Stir fry in ice sugar over low heat until it changes color and bubbles slightly. Add the drained spareribs and stir fry. Make the spareribs evenly colored. Add ginger, garlic, scallion, fragrant leaves, star anise, cinnamon and stir fry.
Step3:Spray in cooking wine and add boiling water to the spareribs. Turn to low heat and cook for 50 minutes.
Step4:Add salt for seasoning, seasoning, heat to collect juice, dish and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
Cooking tips:If the materials are not available, there is the simplest one. Remove the cinnamon, fragrant leaves and shallot. The steps are the same.
