Step1:Slice the green peppers obliquely. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Slice the garlic into two slices. Pat the two slices into pieces. Chop chicken leg into small pieces. Add pepper, anise and ginger to boil. Boil the bleeding water. Take it out for use.
