Step1:Wash white striped chicken. Boil in a cold water pot for 20 minutes (add some scallion ginger slices and cooking wine in the water). Take out and cool (be sure to cool thoroughly or chill). Chop the chicken into long slices (about 1.6cm) wide. Size them on a plate for later use.
Step2:Mix pepper and hemp juice - take a small bowl. Add salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, chopped Douchi sauce, pepper noodles, red oil (a little bit more) and a little water. Mix well.
