The little guy had a big appetite and loved it very much. So I made it for her to eat again. Some Hui people asked for the recipe and method. I wanted to find a recipe for him in douguo, but I found that the steps were different from mine. So I had to make a recipe by myself. I think it's very simple. It's time-consuming.
Step1:Choose fresh sirloin (pork, beef and chicken are all OK). Remove the fascia. Wash it for later use.
Step2:Cut it into small pieces. The size is optional. But the overall size should be the same.
Step3:Put a small amount of cooking wine and vinegar in the cold water. Boil. Remove the blood foam. Take out the meat pieces and put them into the electric rice cooker. Add boiling water, soy sauce, star anise, pepper, scallion and ginger to the electric rice pot. Cover the pot cover. It's just the meat. I use the Fuku electric rice pot. I can cook it for 20 minutes. When it's done, remove the seasoning and broth.
Step4:If you use the blender or the mixing bar, you can break it. You can tear it by hand. I don't think it's necessary. It's still easy and pleasant to drive with electric tools. Put it in the toaster. Add the brown sugar, curry powder, sesame. Put it in the first place of the meat pine or jam. Twice in a row. During this period, you can try it. If you don't have enough flavor, you can add some seasonings you like. You don't need to add too much salt for children to eat. You can eat less salt now, right?. This version of mine doesn't contain any oil. If you like it, you can add some sesame oil or other vegetable oil.
