I went back to my hometown, Anhua, Hunan. I had all kinds of challenge tea. I thought that the best thing I made was to share it with you.
Step1:Peel the peanuts. Rinse them with water. Soak 1 / 2 of the peanuts in cold water for three minutes. Take out all the mung beans after soaking. Rinse them with water together with the peanuts. Add hot water and soak them for 15 minutes.
Step2:After soaking, use the thunder bowl to mash it in a circle. If it is dry, add some hot water to continue to mash. (if you use a soymilk machine, just break it
Step3:Mix the remaining half of peanuts with pepper and black tea. The method is as shown in step 2. But there is no need to add water. Add 1500g water to the peanuts and mungbean mashed in step 2 and cook until the water is turned on and off.
Step4:Add peanuts, tea and pepper mashed in step 3.
Step5:Finally, add seasonings (such as fried rice, peanuts, corn kernels, etc.) to it.
Cooking tips:1. If there is thunder bowl in the wood, you can use soybean milk machine instead. 2. If you like it a little more delicate, you can stir it or beat it a little longer with the soymilk machine. You have skills in making delicious dishes.
