When stewing chicken and spareribs, I like to put some Chinese herbal medicine. It can not only improve the taste, but also supplement the medicine and food. The weather turns cold these days. The spleen and stomach are not very good. Think of stewing a pigeon to replenish the spleen and stomach. Ganoderma lucidum can strengthen wisdom, calm the heart and benefit the stomach. Add wolfberry and jujube to stew together with pigeon. It has the effect of invigorating the spleen and appetizing the stomach, tonifying qi and blood, nourishing the heart and mind, and benefiting the astute. It's not as bitter as Ganoderma lucidum. It's most suitable for stewing.
Step1:Prepare materials - wash jujube and wolfberry slightly. Remove jujube core. Kill and wash pigeon. Cut into small pieces. When buying pigeons, they can be slaughtered in the vegetable market.
Step2:Put the pigeon in a small pot with water. Put two pieces of ginger slices and add cooking wine. Boil until the water boils. Turn off the heat.
Step3:Take out the pigeons and put them in the casserole.
Step4:Filter the remaining soup of pigeon into the casserole. You can also add water again. The stewed soup will be more refreshing.
Step5:Put in two pieces of ginger. Add the prepared Ganoderma lucidum, jujube and wolfberry. Simmer and add salt. I use electronic soup. Simmer for 2 hours.
