Recently I fell in love with okra. After the garlic was fragrant and scalded, I made another stir fry with soybean paste and streaky pork. It's really delicious. It's quick and easy to make.
Step1:Wash the okra, remove the petiole, cut it into pieces with a slanting knife, not too thin or too thick, ha ~ about 23 mm, in order to increase the color of the finished dish, I have some red pepper
Step2:Prepare some minced garlic to cut pork slices with five flower
Step3:Heat the wok, add some cooking oil, stir fry the garlic, stir fry the streaky pork, stir some oil, stir fry the soybean past
Step4:Add in okra and red pepper and stir fry for a while ~ okra doesn't need too long ~ I also fry for the first time ~ about 35 minute
Step5:Out of the pot ~~~~~ it's delicious
