Sweet and sour. The best dessert in summer. It's not greasy at all. I like sweets with beautiful colors, but my son likes pure white. So I made a 6-inch rainbow mousse and two 4-inch yogurt mousse cakes with 8-inch formula. -
Step1:First put the Oreo biscuits into the fresh-keeping bag. Use a rolling pin to press them into powder shape.
Step2:Melt the butter into a liquid. Pour in the biscuit powder and mix well.
Step3:Pour the mixed biscuits into the bottom cake mold. Use a spoon to compact and flatten them. Put them in the refrigerator for cold storage.
Step4:Pour the original yogurt into the basin. Add the sugar powder and stir evenly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step5:Soak the gelatine tablet in cold water and heat it to melt.
Step6:Cool the gilding liquid until it is not hot. Add in the yoghurt paste and stir evenly.
Step7:Pour the cream into the basin. Beat the cream to 70% of the hair with the electric beater until there are lines.
Step8:Pour the whipped cream into the yogurt paste. Turn it over with a scraper and mix well. The mousse paste is ready.
Step9:Put the mixed mousse solution into a disposable cup. Add your favorite pigment and stir evenly. Leave the white in the container.
Step10:Now take out the cake mold. Pour the white mousse paste in one third first. Tap the mold lightly. Let the mousse paste spread evenly.
Step11:Then pour the colored mousse paste slowly from the center point, so that it can spread more evenly.
Step12:After pouring it all, you don't need to knock the mold lightly, because the vibration will make the color spend. If there are bubbles, they can be broken with toothpicks.
Step13:Refrigerate it for 4 hours. It's better to take it out the next day.
Step14:When demoulding, it can be easily demoulded by blowing a circle along the edge of the mold with a blower or applying hot towel.
Cooking tips:1. Oreo biscuits can also be replaced by digestive biscuits. 2. If you want to make a 6-inch one, half of all the materials will be good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
