Step1:Unfreeze shellfish - the oven doesn't need to be preheated. 150 ℃ for 12 minutes. The hot shellfish will be out of the oven. Cut and spread butter. Fry in the pan. You can unfreeze shellfish directly without an oven. It's as good as a piece of steamed bread.
Step2:Roast bacon - spread baking paper or tin paper on the baking tray. 200 ℃ for 15 minutes. The beautiful deep red color of bacon.
Step3:Avocado. Shred lettuce.
Step4:Prepare the sauce - mayonnaise 2 tablespoons. Add some chili sauce to the spicy (like me) and mix well.
Step5:Fried egg - fry the egg well. Turn it over and spread the cheese. If you want the cheese to melt quickly, you can turn it over again, or bake it with the spray gun.
Step6:Put in a plate of staccato - bagel base + mayonnaise sauce + avocado + shredded lettuce + bacon + cheese egg + sea salt pepper a little + bagel cover. Match with your favorite ice drink in summer. Breakfast will be ready for the weekend.
