Step1:Wash and heat the hot water in the pressure cooker. No need to boil. Turn off the fire if you feel hot.
Step2:Find a big bowl and scald it with boiling water for disinfection. Then dry the water.
Step3:Pour pure milk and a cup of yoghurt into a large bowl of dry water and mix well. Seal well with fresh-keeping film.
Step4:Put the large bowl containing the mixed milk into the pressure cooker. Cover the pressure cooker and let it stand for eight hours.
Step5:Eight hours later, open the lid of the pot. The yoghurt is ready. Put it into a small bowl with a clean spoon. Add fruits, honey and other food according to your taste.
