Step1:Stewed pork rib
Step2:Drain the water, put on the ginger slices, put them in the pot and steam for 30 minutes.
Step3:30 minutes later, steam the ribs and pour out the water in the dish. Take off the ginger slices. Put the oil in the pot. Saute the garlic and stir fry it until it is slightly burnt.
Step4:Pour in the mixed sugar and vinegar juice (rice wine / soy sauce / sugar / vinegar / water in the proportion of 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5) and stir fry until it's almost dried, then you can get out of the pot.
