Step1:Add a little salt to the pot. Boil the water. Blanch the ripe okra and broccoli.

Step5:Save some salad. Add two tablespoons of plain, sugar free yoghurt, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of salt, a little lemon juice and a little black pepper to the rest and mix with a blender to make butter jam.
Step6:Cut the okra into small pieces.
Step7:Slice the cucumber, cut the chrysanthemum, cut the broccoli into small flowers and peel the walnut well. Put all the ingredients together.
Step8:Pour in the butter jam and stir well.
