Step1:Peel the potatoes. Peel the red pepper and green pepper. Slice the ginger and garlic.
Step2:Cut potatoes, green peppers and red peppers into shreds (I washed the shreds first. Remove the starch, and then soak the extra starch in cold water. Then the fried shreds are crispy
Step3:Heat up the ginger, garlic and red rice peppers for 6% with oil.
Step4:Pour in the shredded potatoes. Stir fry until all the shredded potatoes are covered with oil. Pour in the right amount of vinegar. Stir fry in salty salt.
Step5:When the potato shreds are broken, add green peppers. Finally, add some chicken essence.
Step6:The spicy and sour potatoes are finished.
Cooking tips:You can't fry potatoes too much at a time, or they won't be crispy. It will affect the taste. The potato I used is too big. Only two-thirds of it is cut into a plate. Vinegar should not be put too late or the fried potato slices are not crispy. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
