Step1:Meat slices are marinated with bean paste, egg white and starch.
Step2:I only use bean sprouts, Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes to wash other side dishes. Put some oil in the pot and fry it until it's done, then put it into a large bowl for standby.
Step3:Put oil in the pot and stir fry the marinated meat slices until they are ready.
Step4:Put the oil in the pot and stir fry the bean paste and the ginger and garlic foam, then put the onion.
Step5:It's about a minute or so when the water boils.
Step6:Put the fried meat in and boil for about a minute to taste.
Step7:Pour the seasoned sliced meat soup into the cooked side dishes. Sprinkle the pepper noodles on the surface.
Step8:Wash the pot and boil 80% oil. Pour it into a bowl. Sprinkle some coriander and scallion foam and it will be OK.
