Step5:The super color of meat is golden. It's crispy outside and tender inside. It can't be crispy if you bite it. You have to bring a little oil. It's not boiled lard. The meat has to be dried in the pot. Otherwise, it can't be rolled up. Too much oil can be poured out. You can mix lard with rice (refrigerated). It's good if you add soy sauce (sauce must be fresh)
