Step1:Boiled sheep's hea
Step2:Chopped scallion, ginger, garlic and peppe
Step3:Cut radish and cowpe
Step4:Slice or shred the sheep's hea
Step5:Stir fry the scallion, ginger and garlic in the wok, then add the sliced sheep's scal
Step6:Add a small amount of oil to taste. Finally add radish and cowpea, stir fry them and add salt to make them out of the pot
