The first time I made manyuemei cookies, it was a success. But I always felt there was no fragrance sold outside. I don't know why. I hope some friends who know will tell me.
Step1:Prepare all the ingredients. Sift the flour. Shred the prunes.
Step2:Melt the butter. But it can't be turned into a liquid. Put the sugar powder into the butter and stir evenly until the sugar powder can't be seen. Use a scraper and spoon.
Step3:Break the eggs into the liquid. Add the melted butter twice. Mix the liquid and butter evenly before adding the second time.
Step4:Put the sifted low gluten flour and prunes into the butter. Knead with a scraper or hand until the flour and butter are completely blended.
Step5:After wrapping and shaping with oil paper, put it into the refrigerator and freeze for an hour. Freeze it to the extent that it is easy to cut.
Step6:Take it out of the refrigerator, cut it into 7mm thick and put it in the baking tray.
Step7:Preheat the oven at 170 ℃ for 5 minutes. Put the baking tray in the upper and lower tubes of the oven at 170 ℃ for 15 minutes. Observe the surface color of the cookies.
Step8:It's crisper when it's cool.
Cooking tips:I did it for the first time. I was blinded by the yellow light in the oven. I didn't accurately judge the color of cookies. So I remind you to open the oven to see the color when the time is near. Don't bake it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
